Referral Fees Disclosure

At Heritage, we believe in openness and transparency. From time to time, we may introduce buyers, sellers, landlords, or tenants to other service providers. When we do, we may receive a referral fee or other form of benefit for making that introduction.
Below is a breakdown of the referral arrangements we currently have in place:

Solicitors
We may refer clients to Holmes & Hills LLP, a firm of solicitors offering conveyancing and other legal services.
Heritage receives an advertising fee of £675 + VAT per month from Holmes & Hills LLP. This payment is not linked to the number of referrals made or successful completions.

Financial Advisors
We may refer clients to The Private Office, a firm of independent financial advisers and mortgage brokers.
Heritage receives 20% of any mortgage-based income earned by The Private Office as a result of a client referral. VAT is not applicable to this arrangement.

Surveyors
We may refer clients to Andrew Wright Surveyors for property survey services.
Heritage receives a referral fee of £50 per successful survey instructed as a result of our introduction.
