Our typical instruction can be anything from a small Victorian cottages to an executive family home to a historic farmhouse. Meet the Team

Andy McManus - Director

Andy started as an estate agent in 1999 and had an exceptional career with some of the most successful groups in the country. In 2010 he formed Heritage which he quickly grew into a highly respected business with clients throughout the region. Andy is a keen cyclist and also spends a lot of time working with the organizers of charitable events which Heritage helps promote.

Stephen Howard - Branch Manager

Stephen joined Heritage in 2022 and brings a wealth of experience to the team having worked within the prime residential sector for the past 15 years. He lives in Halstead with his wife Kelly and two children Aubrée and Barnaby. Stephen will turn his hand to most sports and spends his free time coaching Barney’s football team in Earls Colne or heading out for a round of golf.

Andrew Hurley - Property Consultant

Andrew has a background in financial services and became an estate agent in 2006. He has enjoyed notable success’ whilst working for both large corporate and independent agencies and has much experience across the Essex and Suffolk region.

Vicky Cooney - Assistant Manager

Vicky joined the team in 2017 having come from a corporate agency background. She has a positive and enthusiastic approach to her work and takes pride in utilising her excellent customer service skills and building relationships with clients. She has a passion for property and interior design and is proving to be a popular addition to the team.

Joanne Kinsella - Admin Manager

Joanne keeps the team in line and makes sure that every aspect of the business complies with the numerous legal obligations we have to adhere to. She proofs the property details and enhances them where necessary as well as writing descriptions of the local areas. Heritage was only a few months old when Joanne joined and it is safe to say that without her support and organisational skills it wouldn’t be nearly as successful as it is today. She lives in Coggeshall with her husband Simon and two children.

Tracy Hall - Branch Valuer

Tracy brings her bubbly personality and a wealth of customer service experience to the Heritage family. She has recently completed her level 3 award in residential property sales and is a member of the National Association of Estate Agents. In her spare time she enjoys singing in her local choir, keeping fit and spending quality time with her husband, son and Labrador.
