If you agree to purchase a property through us we are required to conduct anti-money laundering checks on our buyers and sellers.  The checks include, but are not limited to, politically exposed person (PEPs), sanction checks as well as verification of identification and address. The process is complex, therefore, for speed and security of data, we use government approved third parties to conduct these checks.

Unfortunately, there are costs associated with this which we will have to relay onto you before we can start the process.
